THE BUILDING:
Elegant design, with a pop-up roof and roof opening in the atrium to let the natural light in.
THE BRIEF:
The customer wanted an architectural statement, to prove that millions do not necessarily mean taste.
THE CHALLENGE:
Building in a bush fire zone, very close to the front setback and the customer had a job that you don’t want to mess with.
